摘　　要：目的了解我院2016年儿童患者临床输血情况。方法统计2016年临床输血相关资料,分析2016年全年用血总量及各成分血所占比例。结果 2016年度一共用血量为2188.6U,红细胞制品用量为796U(36%),血浆制品用量为950.6U(44%),血小板制品用量为87U(4%),冷沉淀凝血因子用量为355U(16%)。结论 2016年我院临床输血情况基本合理,但仍需完善。Objective To investigate the clinical blood transfusion of Dalian Children＇s Hospital. Methods According to the statistic of 2016 clinical data in our pationts, we analyzed the total blood transfusion volume and the proportion of blood component transfusion. Results The total volume was 2188.6U in 2016, the volume of red blood cell was 796U（36%）, the volume of plasma was 950.6U（44%）, the volume of platelet was 87U（4%） and the volume of cold precipitation was 355U（16%）. Conclusion The situation of 2016 clinical blood transfusion in our hospital was basically reasonable.
