手法按摩联合低频脉冲治疗乳汁淤积型急性乳腺炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医手法按摩联合低频脉冲治疗产妇乳汁淤积所致急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法选自大连市中医医院2015年7月至2016年7月收治的乳汁淤积所致急性乳腺炎患者70例,随机分成对照组35例,采取常规治疗方法。试验组35例,采用乳房按摩及低频脉冲的治疗方法,观察两组患者治疗的有效率。结果试验组有效率明显优于对照组,数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医手法按摩联合低频脉冲治疗乳腺淤积患者安全有效,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the TCM Massage Combined with low frequency pulse clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute mastitis caused by postpartum galactostasis. Methods 70 cases of acute mastitis from galactostasis were caused by traditional Chinese medicine hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 in Dalian City, were randomly divided into control group of 35 patients took conventional treatment. In the experimental group, 35 cases were treated with breast massage and low frequency pulse therapy, and the effective rate of the two groups were observed. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the data was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM Massage Combined with low frequency pulse therapy is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with breast cancer, and it is worth popularizing.
