摘 要:在对VM1400卧式振动离心机关键部件分析研究的基础上,设计了核心振动部件——筛篮。通过三维实体建模、有限元分析和实际工况采样试验等方法,得到了该筛篮在工作过程中的一系列动力学特性响应。综合有限元分析结果及对采样数据的计算,得出如下结论:在离心机稳态运行时,初级振动体受到较小激振力,由筛篮、主轴等组成的二级振动体可以获得较大的激振力,这是一个振动放大的过程,振动频率接近于工作频率,是非常理想的工作状态。Based on the analysis and research of the key components of the VM1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuge, the core vibration component-screen basket is designed. A series of the dynamic characteristics response of the screen basket in the work process are obtained through the method of 3 D solid modeling,finite element analysis and sampling from actual conditions.Integrated the results of finite element analysis and calculation of sampling data, The following conclusions are drawn: When centrifuges work on the steady-state condition, the first vibration body case sustains less excited force, the second vibration body composed of screen basket, spindle and so on can obtain greater excited force. This is a process of vibration amplification,the vibration frequency is close to the operating frequency, and this is an ideal working state.
