摘 要:采用仿生学设计理念,根据蝼蛄的前爪趾构形,提出一种新型仿生截齿结构方案,通过对蝼蛄前爪趾和普通镐型截齿轮廓的投影曲线拟合,构造出仿生截齿轮廓,获得仿生截齿结构,对仿生截齿和普通镐型截齿进行截割煤岩的仿真和试验分析,结果表明:相比于普通镐型截齿,仿生截齿自身质量减小9.7%,仿真截割三向分力均值及合力均值分别增加5.4%,6.5%,10.2%和6.1%,试验截割合力均值增加23.5%,仿生截齿在力学性能方面有所提高,但不具备普通镐型截齿在齿座中的可回转性。New bionic pick inspired by the shape mole crickets foreleg was proposed based on bionics design. The bionic pick outline was structured by projection and curve fitting of the mole crickets foreleg and conical pick outline, and the structure of bionic pick was obtained. The coal-rock cutting simulation and experiment using the bionic pick and conical pick were carried out. Consequently, compared with the conical pick, the mass of bionic pick decreased by 9.7%, and the mean three-axis force and mean resultant force of bionic pick by simulation respectively increased by 5.4%, 6.5%, 10.2%, 6.1%,and the mean resultant force of bionic pick by test increased by 23.5%.The performance of mass and cutting force of bionic pick improved, but the bionic pick could not rotate in toothholder as conical pick.
