补阳还五汤结合头针对脑梗死后运动性失语的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较补阳还五汤结合头针治疗和康复训练对脑梗死后运动性失语的疗效差异,探究补阳还五汤结合头针对脑梗死后运动性失语的影响。方法:将60例脑梗死后运动性失语患者按随机数字表法分为针药组和基础组,每组30例。针药组用补阳还五汤和针刺语言一区治疗,同时进行基础康复训练;基础组仅进行基础康复训练。治疗前后分别根据西方失语症成套测验(WAB)、功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)评估患者情况,并进行经颅超声多普勒(TCD)动脉血流动力学检查。结果 :治疗后,患者的WAB和CFCP评分上升、责任血管血流增快明显。结论:补阳还五汤结合头针能改善脑梗死后运动性失语患者的语言功能。Objective： To compare the differences of the the rapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation training on motor aphasia after cerebral infarction, and to explore the effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with scalp acupuncture on patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction. Methods： 60 Patients with motor aphasia after cerebral infarction were divided into the acupuncture group and the basic group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The acupuncture group was treated with Buyanghuanwu decoction and acupuncture language, and the basic rehabilitation training was carried out. The basic group only had basic rehabilitation training. According to western aphasia battery（WAB） and the chinese functional communication profile（CFCP） to evaluate the clinical situation before and after treatment, and transcranial Doppler ultrasonography（TCD） arterial hemodynamics was performed. Results： After treatment, the patients＇ WAB and CFCP scores increased,and the blood flow of the offending vessels increased obviously. Conclusion： Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with scalp acupuncture can improve the language function of motor aphasia patients after cerebral infarction.
