摘 要:针对JGJ 94—2008《建筑桩基技术规范》给出的单桩、单排桩的沉降计算方法在准确性和适用性方面的问题,依据上海、辽宁、山西等地的2例单桩长期静载试桩与6例小桩群承台工程的实测沉降资料,对规范中的计算方法的准确性进行讨论,发现计算值与实测值的比值与桩入土深度之间近似呈线性关系,并分别给出基于平均预期和95%保证率预期的修正系数模型.结合某主裙楼连接桩基工程中裙楼沉降计算结果与实测结果的对比结果,探讨利用规范方法进行单桩、单排桩沉降计算的适用条件问题,发现该法不适用于疏桩基础沉降计算.In view of the accuracy and applicability of the settlement calculation method of single pile and single row pile given in JGJ 94—2008 Technical Code for Building Pile Foundation,the accuracy of the standard calculation method was discussed based on the measured settlement data of two long-term test samples of single pile and six test samples of small pile-group caps in Shanghai,Liaoning and Shanxi.The results show that the relationship between the ratios of the calculated values to the measured values and the in-soil depth of piles is approximately linear.Then the revision coefficient models based respectively on the forecasts of average and 95%reliability were presented.Moreover,according to the comparison between the calculated results and measured results of the podium building settlement in some pile foundation project,the applicability of calculating the settlements of single pile and single row pile with the code method was discussed.The result shows that the code method is not applicable to the calculation of scattered pile foundation settlement.
