摘　　要：目的分析特发性心房颤动(AF)患者血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达水平以及意义。方法选择2016年1月~2017年4月于陕西省人民医院诊治的特发性AF患者78例,其中阵发性AF组36例,持续性AF组42例。对照组选择同期无AF病史的阵发性室上性心动过速患者20例。测定血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、Ang-2及VEGF水平。结果对照组、阵发性AF组以及持续性AF组VEGF、Ang-2和hs-CRP水平呈升高趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,特发性AF患者Ang-2与VEGF水平呈显著正相关(r=0.679,P<0.001),hs-CRP与VEGF水平呈显著正相关(r=0.705,P<0.001)。结论特发性AF患者Ang-2和VEGF明显升高,且持续性AF患者升高更明显;特发性AF患者Ang-2与VEGF呈显著正相关。Objective To analyze the expressions and significance of angiogenin-2 （Ang-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in patients with idiopathic atrial fibrillation （IAF）. Methods IAF patients （n=78） were chosen from the People’s Hospital of Shaanxi Province from Jan. 2016 to Apr. 2017, and divided into paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group （PAF group, n=36） and sustained atrial fibrillation group （SAF group, n=42）. Meanwhile, patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia （PSVT） without AF history were chosen into control group （n=20）. The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, Ang-2 and VEGF were detected. Results The levels of VEGF, Ang-2 and hs-CRP showed an ascending trend in control group, PAF group and SAF group （all P〈0.05 ）. The results of correlation analysis showed that Ang-2 was positively correlated to VEGF （r=0.679, P〈0.001）, and hs-CRP was positively correlated to VEGF （r=0.705, P〈0.001）. Conclusion The levels of Ang-2 and VEGF increase significantly in IAF patients, and the increase is more significant in SAF patients. Ang-2 and VEGF have positive correlation in IAF patients.
