内陆口岸建设补齐河北省外向型经济发展短板路径探析

摘　　要：近年来,我国口岸建设由沿海逐渐向边境、内河和内地发展,全国各地掀起了建设内陆口岸的热潮。延伸海港功能的内陆口岸在促进外向型经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。河北省作为沿海省份,外向型经济发展的短板是缺少能够将天津海港等港口向内陆延伸、承接港口部分功能的内陆开放口岸。文章探讨了内陆口岸补齐河北省外向型经济发展短板路径,分析了河北省内陆口岸建设需遵循原则并提出了促进内陆口岸建设的对策建议。In recent years,China＇s port construction is gradually developed from coastal areas to borders,inland river and inland,all over the country have set off an upsurge of inland port construction. Inland port,as the extension of the harbor function,plays a more and more important role in the development of export-oriented economy. As a coastal province,the short board of export-oriented economic development in Hebei province is lack of inland open ports that can extend the ports such as the Tianjin port to inland and undertake some functions of ports. This paper probes into the paths of inland port to make up the short board of export-oriented economy in Hebei Province,analyzes the principles of inland port construction in Hebei Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote inland port construction.
