摘 要:我国每年炉渣产量巨大,而实际利用率较低。炉渣的堆积不仅占用资源,还会对环境造成污染。研究已证明炉渣本身具有火山灰活性,经过适当处理,可以在各类型砖中作为原料使用。炉渣制砖作为炉渣资源化利用的有效途径,可以吸收大量废弃炉渣,减轻环境负荷,又能大量节约建材,减少资源和能源消耗。该文系统总结了垃圾焚烧炉渣、高炉渣和燃煤炉渣三大类炉渣资源化利用现状以及炉渣砖的研究进展,从原料处理、生产工艺、产品性能、环境安全等方面介绍了国内外炉渣砖的研究成果,展现了炉渣制砖这一资源化利用新途径的研究价值。Large amounts of slag are generated every year in China, but its actual utilization rate is quite low. The accumulation of slag not only consumes resources, but also does harm to the environment. Researches have proved that slag shows pozzolanic activity, and can be used as a raw material for vari-ous types of bricks after proper treatment. It is an efficient way to realize slag's resource utilization by making bricks from it, which can absorb a large amount of abandoned slags, alleviate the environment's burden, and can also greatly save construction materials and reduce resources and energy con-sumption. This paper systematically introduces the resource utilization of three types of slag-MSWI slag, blast furnace slag and coal cinders as well as the research status on them, and displays the research achievements on slag bricks at home and abroad from material treatment, production techniques, prod-uct properties and environment security, presenting the research value of the new resource utilization way of slag bricks.
