摘 要:采用ABS高胶粉(ABSHR)对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯(PETG)合金进行增韧,探讨了ABSHR用量对合金的力学性能、热稳定性、耐热性及硬度的影响,同时采用扫描电镜(SEM)对合金的断面形态进行表征。结果表明:随着ABSHR用量的增加,合金的冲击强度和断裂伸长率明显增大;拉伸强度和弯曲强度有所降低,但对热稳定性几乎没有影响;耐热性和硬度随ABSHR用量的增加稍有降低;SEM表明合金断裂时产生了大量的形变,吸收了大量的冲击能量。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)/polyethylene terephthalate-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(PETG) blends were toughened by ABS high rubber powder(ABSHR). The influence of the amount of ABSHR on the mechanical properties, thermal stability, heat resistance and hardness of the alloy was discussed. Meanwhile, the cross section of the alloy was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The results show that the impact strength and elongation at break increase with the increase of the amount of ABSHR. The tensile strength and bending strength decrease, but has little effect on the thermal stability, and the heat resistance and hardness decrease slightly with the increase of ABSHR. SEM shows that a large amount of deformation is produced and a large amount of impact energy is absorbed when the alloy is broken.
