摘 要:采用扫描电镜、比表面仪进行了粉体的微观形貌、比表面积分析,用不同品种的超细活性CaCO3对PVC电线电缆料进行改性,分析了复合材料的力学性能和表面光泽度等物理性能指标。研究结果表明:HX-6000具有较大的比表面积和较高的CaCO3含量;HX-6000制备的PVC复合材料拉伸性能最佳;随着CaCO3添加量的增加,材料密度逐渐增大,其中CCR-1制备的PVC电线电缆料密度最小,其次为HX-6000制备的PVC电线电缆料;HX-6000制备的PVC电线电缆料表面光泽度最好。The microstructure and specific surface area were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and specific surface area analyzer. The PVC wire and cable was modified by four kinds of activated calcium carbonate, and mechanical properties and gloss of PVC wire and cable were analyzed. It was found that calcium carbonate produced from large calcite(HX-6000) has larger specific surface area and higher content of calcium carbonate. The tensile strength of PVC composites prepared by HX-6000 is optimum. The density of PVC wire and cable increases with the increasing of calcium carbonate, and the PVC wire and cable modified by CCR-1 has lowest density, and the PVC wire and cable modified by calcium carbonate(HX-6000)produced from large calcite has second lowest density. The gloss of surface of PVC wire and cable prepared by HX-6000 is the best.
