摘 要:将成核剂NP-508溶解于己酸乙酯、无水乙醇、表面活性剂吐温60作为油相,与成核剂苯甲酸钠溶液混合成为微乳液,作为复配型成核剂加入聚丙烯T30S中熔融共混后进行测试。结果表明:复配型NP-508/苯甲酸钠微乳液成核剂改性T30S的综合性能最佳,改性T30S的结晶温度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量分别提高10.2%、12.9%、15.0%,拉伸屈服应力提高2.5%。The nucleating agent NP-508 was dissolved in ethyl caproate, ethanol, surfactant Tween 60 as oil phase, mixed with nucleating agent sodium benzoate solution and compounded into a microemulsion. The core agent was added to T30 S after melt blending. The results show that: the composite NP-508/sodium benzoate microemulsion nucleating agent modified T30 S has the best comprehensive properties. The crystallization temperature, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the modified T30 S are increased by 10.2%, 12.9% and 15.0% respectively, and the tensile yield stress is increased by 2.5%.
