摘　　要：以汽车U型装饰卡条为研究对象,运用UG软件和注塑模具技术进行U型装饰卡条塑件的热流道模具设计,设计了斜顶、内抽芯和镶嵌件等结构特征完成了模具结构创新设计;模具型芯和型腔中设计了直管道循环冷却水路,采用Moldflow软件对塑件注塑过程进行填充、冷却和翘曲模拟分析,得到优化后的注塑成型参数,指导实际生产以减少试模过程的次数和时间,缩短模具设计制造开发周期,提高了模具设计与制造的可靠性与稳定性。The U-type decorative strip of a car was used as study object, its hot runner injection mold was designed by UG software. The structural features of the slanted top, inner core and inlay were designed to complete the innovative design of the die structure. Straight pipe circulating water was designed in the cavity and core. The filling, cooling and warping were analyzed by Moldflow software. The optimized injection molding parameters can guide the actual production to reduce the number and time of the trial process, shorten the design and manufacturing development cycle of die, and improve the reliability and stability of mold design and manufacture.
