癫痫患儿主要照护者负担与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解癫痫患儿主要照护者负担状况与社会支持水平的相关性,并分析照护者负担影响因素,为改善癫痫患儿照护者的身心健康提供思路与依据。方法 2015年3月至2016年12月,便利抽样选择在陕西省西安交通大学第一附属医院和第二附属医院儿科住院癫痫患儿主要照护者252名为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、照护负担量表和社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。结果癫痫患儿主要照护者的照护负担平均得分为(35.21±16.03)分,社会支持平均得分为(34.14±7.45)分;影响照护者负担的因素有患儿病程、有无伴随疾病、近1年内住院次数、患儿日常生活活动能力、照护者婚姻状况和每日照护时间;照护负担总分与社会支持总分呈负相关(r=-0.587,P<0.01)。结论癫痫患儿主要照护者负担呈轻中度水平,社会支持水平较低,照护者负担与社会支持呈负相关。应在患儿住院期间为其照护者提供可能的帮助,以满足其对社会支持的需求,降低其负担状况。Objective To evaluate the relationship between caregivers' burden and social support and explore the influcing factors of caregivers' burden,and thus to promote the physical and mental health of children with epilepsy.Methods By convenience sampling,2 5 2 primary caregivers were selected and investigated by using general quesionnaire,caring burden scale and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results The mean score of caregivers' burden was(3 5.2 1±1 6.0 3)and the average score of SSRS was(3 4.1 4±7.4 5).The influcing factors of caregiver burden were duration of disease,comorbidities,frequency of hospitalization in the last year,activity of daily living,the martial status and the average daily caring time of caregiver.Caregivers' burden was significantly negatively correlated to social support(r=-0.5 8 7,P<0.0 1).Conclusion The caregiver burden is moderate among caregivers of children with epilepsy and the score of social support is low.Caregiver burden is negatively correlated to social support.The clinical medical workers can provide help for caregivers to meet the needs of social support and reduce their burden.
