摘　　要：听障成人听力语言康复与听障儿童的特征不同,其康复目的不仅局限于对有声语言的学习和掌握,更重要是为了更好地融入环境和社会。因此对听障成人康复效果的评价不能简单以"能听会说"为主要标准,特别对于语前聋成人,非有声语言的学习和运用具有同样重要意义。The Rehabilitation of Hearing-impaired adults is a field with broad prospects, whose characteristics are different from children with hearing impairment. Their purpose is not limited to learning and mastering speech, but more importantly, to better integrating the environment and society. Therefore, the evaluation of the rehabilitation is more than simply ＂able to hear and talk＂ as the main criterion. Especially for adult patients with pre-lingual hearing impairment, the learning and using of nonrerbal language is equally important and valuable.
