摘　　要：目的探讨可接受噪声值(acceptable noise level,ANL)对助听器效益的预估和验证价值。方法对98例助听器使用者,按照助听器验配即刻测得的ANL值分为<7 d B、7~13 d B和>13 d B三组,分别测试各组受试者在助听器验配3个月时的ANL值和助听器效果国际性调查问卷(international outcome inventory for hearing aids,IOI-HA)得分。结果<7 d B组、7~13 d B组和>13 d B组在助听器验配即刻ANL值分别为4.53±2.42 d B、10.75±4.16 d B和18.87±6.81d B,3组在助听器验配3个月时的ANL值分别为4.21±2.64 d B、10.66±4.58 d B和18.07±5.62 d B。同组内不同时间两两比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。助听器验配即刻和3个月时的ANL值与IOI-HA得分均呈较强负相关(r=-0.81、-0.85)(P<0.01)。结论 ANL值比较稳定,易于操作,可作为预估验证助听效益可靠的评估指标。Objective To explore the value of ANL in predicting and verifying hearing aid benefits. Methods Ninety-eight hearing aid users were categorized into 3 groups according to their ANLs measured at the time of hearing aid fitting〈7 dBgroup, 7-13 dBgroup, and 〉13 dB group. ANLs and the IOI-HA scores of the users were measured 3months after the hearing aid fitting. Results ANLs of the 〈7 dB group, 7-13 dB group, and 〉13 dB group were 4.53±2.42 dB, 10.75±4.16 dB and 18.87±6.81 dB, respectively, at the time of hearing aid fitting. The ANLs were 4.21±2.64 dB, 10.66±4.58 dB, 18.07±5.62 dB, respectively, 3 months after the hearing aid fitting. There are no significant differences between the ANLs of the same group at different time fitting（P〉0.05）. There is a significant negative correlation between the ANLs and IOI-HA scores measured 3 months after hearing aid fitting and those measured at the time of hearing aid fitting（r=-0.85、 -0.81）. Conclusion The ANLs are relatively stable, and easy to measure. Thus, ANLs can be used as a reliable method to predict the benefits of hearing-aids.
