摘  要:目的利用频率追随反应对感音神经性听力损失患者的频率调制辨别能力进行客观评估,探究频率辨别能力对汉语声调识别的影响。方法对6名感音神经性听力损失患者进行频率调制辨别阈限测试、频率追随反应测试和汉语带调元音识别测试,记录各指标并对结果进行相关性分析。结果频率调制辨别阈限与频率追随反应的指标之间存在显著负相关(r=-0.849,P=0.032<0.05);频率调制辨别阈限与声调识别正确率之间存在极显著负相关(r=-0.958,P=0.003<0.01);频率追随反应指标与声调识别正确率之间存在显著正相关(r=0.856,P=0.03<0.05)。结论频率追随反应可以客观地评估听力损失患者的频率调制辨别能力,这项指标与听者对汉语声调的识别能力显著相关。Objective To evaluate the auditory function of frequency-modulation discrimination via objective frequency-following responses, and explore the impact of listeners’ capability of frequency-modulation discrimination on their performance of Mandarin tone identification. Methods Frequency-modulation discrimination limen (FMDL) test, frequency-following responses (FFRs) test and Mandarin vowel test were conducted on six sensorineural hearing-impaired (HI) listeners. A correlation analysis was performed on all indices. Results FMDL was significantly correlated with the index of FFRs (r=-0.849, P=0.032), and FMDL significantly correlated with tone identification rates (r=-0.958, P=0.003). The FFRs were significantly correlated with tone identification rates (r=0.856, P=0.03). Conclusion FFRs can be employed to evaluate the auditory function of frequency-modulation discrimination objectively, and HI listeners’ poor performance on Mandarin tone identification is probably related to their deteriorated capability of frequency modulation discrimination.
