摘  要:为获得铜仁市各地区猪瘟抗体免疫情况,进行了本次猪瘟抗体的免疫水平监测。本次监测采集了春、秋各460份样本血清,利用间接ELISA方法检测了铜仁八县、两区随机抽取的26个规模猪场的猪瘟病毒免疫抗体。结果显示,两次检测中阳性样本:春季409份,阳性率为88.91%;秋季422份,阳性率为91.73%,其中碧江区、万山区、思南县、松桃县、德江县、印江县、石阡县、沿河县、江口县、玉屏县的春季阳性率依次为:90.00%、80.00%、100%、76.67%、72.50%、100%、100%、82.50%、95.00%、86.67%;秋季阳性率依次为:93.33%、70.00%、95.00%、83.33%、80.00%、95.00%、100.00%、100.00%、75.00%、100.00%。分析结果显示,各地区阳性率不稳定,春、秋季阳性率变化主要表现为抗体效价≥1:32的比例减少,抗体效价为≥1:64、≥1:128、≥1:256的比例增大。结果表明,铜仁市总体猪瘟抗阳性率较高,该调查为铜仁市猪瘟的防控提供了参考。In order to obtain the immunity of classical swine fever virus in various districts of Tongren City, the immunization level of this classical swine fever antibody was monitored. In this monitoring, 460 samples of spring and autumn sera were collected, and indirect ELISA was used to detect CSFV antibodies in 26 farms of all scales in Tongren County and two districts. The results showed that in the two tests, 409 samples were positive in spring, with a positive rate of 88.91% and 422 samples in autumn, the positive rate was 91.73%. Among them, Bijiang, Wanshan, Sinan, Songtao, Dejiang, The positive rates of spring in Jiangxian, Shiqian, Yanhe, Jiangkou and Yuping counties were 90.00%, 80.00%, 100%, 76.67%, 72.50%, 100%, 100%, 82.50%, 95.00% The positive rate of autumn was 93.33%, 70.00%, 95.00%, 83.33%, 80.00%, 95.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%, 75.00% and 100.00%, respectively. The results showed that the positive rate in each region was not stable, and the positive rate in spring and autumn mainly showed the decrease of antibody titer≥1: 32, and the increases of the antibody titers≥1: 64, ≥1: 128, ≥1: 256. The results showed that the overall positive rate of classical swine fever in Tongren City was high, which laid the foundation for the prevention and control of classical swine fever in Tongren City.
