摘　　要：以铜仁市为例,充分运用信息化手段,将GIS技术与"精准扶贫"进行有机结合,开发基于GIS的精准扶贫作战图管理系统,旨在充分利用测绘地理空间信息和高分辨卫星遥感影像建立基于空间位置的精准扶贫专题数据库,对贫困户地理位置和致贫原因进行精准识别和分析,实现扶贫工作信息化、结构化,建立完善的精准帮扶措施,引导各类扶贫资源优化配置,为扶贫开发工作提供科学、直观的决策依据,把扶贫工作落到实处,切实提升扶贫攻坚工作效率。Fully by means of information technology is combined GIS with targeted poverty alleviation, for poverty relief of Tongren. Targeted poverty alleviation operations map management system builds a series of measures to help people in straitened circumstances and guides poverty reduction resources optimally and provides scientific and intuitive decision-making for poverty relief and raises poverty relief efficiency. This system makes full ues of surveying and mapping geographic information and high resolution satellite remote sensing images, builds on databases of targeted poverty alleviation based on spatial position. It helps identify and analyze people’s position in straitened circumstances and the reason of pocetity and implements informationization and structuralization. Ultimately poverty relief puts into effect.
