半夏厚朴汤合黄芪建中汤+奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗咽部异感症(脾虚肝郁证)疗效及对血液流变学影响  

Influence of Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Tablets on the clinical effect and hemorheology of paraesthesia pharyngis(spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome)

摘　　要：目的观察半夏厚朴汤合黄芪建中汤+奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗咽部异感症(脾虚肝郁证)临床疗效及对血液流变学影响。方法将56例咽部异感症(脾虚肝郁证)患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组予奥美拉唑镁肠溶片口服治疗,观察组在此基础上加服半夏厚朴汤合黄芪建中汤治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后,分析比较2组患者咽部异物感积分、中医证候积分、焦虑抑郁状态及血液流变学的改善状况,并评估临床疗效。结果治疗后,2组咽部异物感积分、中医证候积分、HADd评分及HADa评分均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后各项指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,2组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积及纤维蛋白原水平均显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组治疗后血液流变学指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论半夏厚朴汤合黄芪建中汤+奥美拉唑镁肠溶片治疗咽部异感症(脾虚肝郁证)疗效确切,能够有效促进局部微循环,改善局部病理生理状态,缓解患者临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Tablets on of paraesthesia pharyngis( spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome),and its influence on hemorheology. Methods Fifty-six cases of patients with paraesthesia pharyngis( spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome) were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients were treated by oral administration of Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Tablets in the control group,and with Banxia Houpu Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group in the observation group. There were 4 weeks for 1 courses in the 2 groups. After 2 courses of treatment,the improvement of pharyngeal foreign body sensation score,TCM symptom score,anxiety and depression scores,and hemorheology indexes were analyzed and compared,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated. Results After treatment,the pharyngeal foreign body sensation score,TCM syndrome score,HADd and HADa score were significantly decreased( all P < 0. 05),and the improvement of each indexes in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the total blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen were significantly decreased in the 2 groups( all P <0. 05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Banxia Houpu Decoction and Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction plus Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Tablets are effective in the treatment of paraesthesia pharyngis( spleen deficiency and liver depression syndrome). It can effectively promote local microcirculation,improve the local pathophysiological state,it is worthy of clinical promotion to relieve the clinical symptoms of
