摘  要:在NH_3-(NH_4)_2SO_4体系中,采用氧压氨浸工艺,研究了闪锌矿的浸出行为。研究表明,在浸出温度110℃、总氨浓度4 mol/L、NH_3与NH_4^+浓度比为5∶3、总压0.5 MPa、搅拌速度500 r/min、液固比25、矿物粒度-0.063 mm条件下浸出5 h,锌浸出率可达97%。采用液固反应的收缩核模型进行模拟,得到了闪锌矿氧压氨浸的浸出动力学方程式,其表观活化能为47.26 kJ/mol。The leaching behavior of sphalerite concentrate in NH3-(NH4)2SO4 solution by oxygen-pressure ammonialeaching process was investigated.The leaching rate of zinc could be up to 97% after 5h-leaching process under the following optimum conditions,including a leaching temperature of 110 ℃ with pressure of 0.5 MPa,a particle size of-0.063 mm,2.5 mol/L NH3,0.75 mol/L(NH4)2SO4,with total ammonia concentration at 4 mol/L,agitation speed at 500 r/min,liquid/solid ratio at 25.The shrinking core model for liquid-solid reaction was adopted for simulation to obtain the kinetic equation of sphalerite in the oxygen-pressure ammonia-leaching process.Then,the apparent activation energy was determined to be 47.26 kJ/mol.
