摘 要:应用化学分析、XRD、MLA对不同冷却方式处理的钛渣化学成分、物相及矿物组成进行了研究。结果表明,不同冷却方式处理钛渣均会降低渣中Ti_2O_3含量,且粒化渣中Ti_2O_3含量最少,降幅达27.6%;粒化渣中Fe_2O_3含量明显高于其它冷却渣,表明粒化渣较其它冷却渣氧化程度高。冷却渣与现场渣主要矿物组成为铁黑钛石、硅酸盐玻璃相、少量金红石和残余金属铁,钛渣经冷却处理会降低渣中铁黑钛石含量;现场渣经水冷或空冷处理渣中金红石相无明显变化,但经粒化处理渣中金红石相明显增加;XRD结果表明不同冷却方式处理的钛渣主要物相均为TiO_2和(FeMg)_xTi_yO_5,但粒化渣中TiO_2主要是金红石型,而水冷和空冷渣中TiO_2主要是锐钛型。Impacts of different cooling modes on chemical compositions,phases and mineral compositions of titanium slag were investigated by using analytical means,including chemical analysis,XRD and MLA.Results showed a reduced content of Ti2O3 was found in all titanium slag after treatment by different cooling modes,with the least Ti2O3 content in granulated slag,falling by 27.6%.However,an obviously higher content of Fe2O3 in granulated slag than other cooled slag indicates a higher degree of oxidation for granulated slag.The main mineral compositions of the cooled slag or industrial slag include anosovite and silicate glass,a small amount of rutile and residual metallic iron.It is found the content of anosovite decreased in the titanium slag after cooling treatment,but no obvious change was observed for the rutile phase of the industrial slag after being cooled with water or air,compared to the remarkable change for granulated slag.The XRD analysis shows that titanium slag after being cooled by different methods consists mainly of TiO2and (FeMg)xTiyO5 phase,among which the TiO2 in granulated slag is rutile,but anatase in water or air cooled slag.
