摘 要:对某含锡0.86%、含硫2.14%的锡石多金属硫化矿进行了选矿工艺研究。采用混合浮选脱除其中硫化矿物,然后混合浮选尾矿采用离心机预先抛尾-分级摇床-浮选工艺回收其中的锡,试验室闭路试验获得锡品位55.63%、回收率61.83%的摇床锡精矿和锡品位29.31%、回收率11.33%的浮选锡精矿,锡总回收率为73.16%。试验指标较为理想。A study on the mineral processing of some cassiterite-polymetallic sulfide containing 0. 86% Sn and 2. 14% S was presented. In the test,a bulk flotation process was firstly adopted to remove sulfide. Then,the obtained tailings was subjected to a pretreatment with centrifuge for discarding tailings,followed by a shaking table for classification and flotation process to recover tin. A laboratory closed-circuit test resulted in a tin concentrate approaching 55. 63% Sn grade at 61. 83% recovery from shaking table and a tin concentrate grading 29. 31% Sn at 11. 33% recovery from flotation,with a total recovery of tin reaching 73. 16%,showing a relatively good process result.
