摘 要:以蔗髓为还原剂,在酸性条件下浸出高铁氧化锰矿,通过正交和单因素实验考察了蔗髓用量、硫酸浓度、浸出温度、反应时间及液固比对锰浸出率和浸出液中残余有机物含量的影响。在蔗髓/锰矿质量比0.07 g/g、硫酸浓度6.44 mol/L、浸出温度90℃、反应时间3 h、液固比2.0 m L/g条件下,锰浸出率73.73%,浸出液COD含量530 mg/L。锰矿中未被浸出的锰,按铁屑/锰矿质量比0.06 g/g添加铁屑,继续进行还原反应,总锰浸出率可达到95%以上。Manganese leaching from an iron-rich manganese oxide with bagasse pith as a reducing agent in sulfuric acid medium was investigated through orthogonal and single-factor experiments. Influences of factors,including dosage of bagasse pith,sulfuric concentration,leaching temperature,reaction time and liquid-to-solid ratio,on the Mn leaching rate and COD in the leaching solution were discussed. It is found that under an optimized condition,including bagasse pith dosage to manganese ores at a mass ratio of 0. 07 g/g,sulfuric concentration at 6. 44 mol/L,reaction temperature of 90 ℃,a liquid-to-solid ratio of 2. 0 m L/g,and reaction time of 3 h,leaching rate of Mn reached 73. 73% and COD in the leaching liquid was decreased to 530 mg/L. After that,by adding scrap iron/manganese ores at a mass radio of 0. 06 g/g as the reductant for further reduction,the total Mn leaching rate can be increased to over 95%.
