摘 要:向电解液中加入明胶、硫脲和硼酸,采用电解的方法制备了锌箔。采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对商业锌箔和自制锌箔进行了结构和形貌表征,研究了2种锌箔在1 mol/L ZnSO_4和2 mol/L Li_2SO_4混合电解液中的耐腐蚀性能,考察了2种锌箔在混合水溶液电池中的循环性能及浮充性能。结果表明,自制锌箔表面平整光滑,其腐蚀电流为79.926μA,电池循环100次后,容量保持率高达86.1%,且高温浮充24 h,浮充电流密度仅为3.99 mA/g,自制锌箔耐腐蚀性能良好。In the test,zinc foils were firstly prepared by adding gelatin,thiourea and boric acid into the electrolyte during electrowinning,and the as-prepared zinc foils and commercial zinc foils were characterized by using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy for investigating their structure and morphology. The corrosion resistance of two kinds of zinc foils in a mixed electrolyte composed of 1 mol/L ZnSO4 and 2 mol/L Li2SO4 was investigated. And the cycling performance and float charging performance of this hybrid aqueous battery with two different zinc foils were discussed as well. Results showed that the as-prepared zinc foil with a flat and smooth surface had the corrosion current of 79. 926 μA. The capacity retention rate was up to 86. 1% after 100 cycles,and the float charging current density was only 3. 99 mA/g even after 24 h of float charging at a high temperature,indicating the as-prepared foils with a good corrosion resistance.
