摘 要:对国外某高铝赤褐铁矿进行了选矿试验研究。采用还原磁化焙烧-磁选工艺,可获得精矿铁品位58.26%、铁回收率80.53%的试验指标;采用钠化还原磁化焙烧-磁选工艺,可获得精矿铁品位63.48%、回收率95.45%的试验指标。探索了在富集铁的同时富集镍、降低铁精矿中Al_2O_3含量的可行性。Experimental study was carried out on beneficiation of a high-aluminum hematite-limonite ore from abroad.Test with processes of reduction magnetic roasting-magnetic separation yielded a concentrate approaching 58.26% Fe grade at 80.53% recovery,while test adopting reduction magnetic roasting by adding sodium salts followed by magnetic separation resulted in 95.45% recovery to concentrate grading 63.48% Fe. Meanwhile, the feasibility for nickel enrichment and Al2O3 reduction in iron concentrates whilst enriching iron was investigated.
