摘 要:针对某含金3.45 g/t的氰化尾渣开展了提金选矿试验研究。结果表明,以水玻璃为脉石抑制剂和矿浆分散剂,硫酸为pH调整剂,硫酸铜和硫酸铵为载金矿物活化剂,丁钠黄药和25#黑药为组合捕收剂,经一粗一扫二精闭路浮选,可得到金品位15.76 g/t、金回收率60.44%的金精矿。Mineral processing experiments were conducted to reclaim gold from cyanide tailings with gold grade of 3.45 g/t. Using sodium silicate as gangue depressant and pulp dispersant,H2SO4 as pH regulator,CuSO4 and(NH4)2SO4 as activators for gold-bearing minerals,C4H9 OCSSNa and(C7H7O)2 PSSH as a combined collector,a closed-circuit flotation test by adopting a flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,one stage of scavenging and two stages of cleaning resulted in a gold concentrate approaching 15.76 g/t Au at 60.44% recovery.
