摘 要:基于钠化焙烧含钒钢渣提钒工艺的相关理论,针对熔融Na_2CO_3体系中含钒钢渣焙烧过程进行了研究。通过单因素实验考察了焙烧温度、Na_2CO_3添加量、焙烧时间对含钒钢渣中钒浸出率的影响,在单因素实验基础上采用正交设计优化工艺条件,并对反应机理进行了解析。结果表明,熔融Na_2CO_3体系中含钒钢渣焙烧的优化实验条件为:焙烧温度900℃、Na_2CO_3添加量40%、焙烧时间60 min,此时钒浸出率稳定在90%以上。Based on the existing theory for extracting vanadium from vanadium-containing steel slag with sodium salt roasting,a roasting process for vanadium-containing steel slag in the molten Na2CO3 system was studied. Effects of roasting temperature,Na2CO3 addition and roasting time on the leaching rate of vanadium from vanadium containing steel slag were investigated by the single factor experiments. Then,the process conditions were optimized with orthogonal experimental design,and the reaction mechanism of roasting process was analyzed based on the experimental results. It is found that with the following optimum roasting conditions,including roasting temperature at 900 ℃,addition of Na2CO3 at an amount of 40%,roasting time of 60 min,the leaching rate of vanadium can be kept over 90%.
