石门磷精矿用于窑法磷酸生产原料的评价实验

摘  要:对采用焙烧-消化-分离得到的石门磷精矿进行了评价实验,结果表明,在钙硅比0.30、配碳量为理论量的1.5倍条件下配料、造球,生球抗压强度34.5 N、0.5 m落下强度大于22次,干球抗压强度203.5 N、1 m落下强度大于5.2次,球团性能良好。磷精矿在钙硅比0.37、配碳量为理论量的1.5倍、1 360℃下还原40 min,磷还原率达到96%,渣球软熔性好。实验表明,石门磷精矿是一种适合窑法磷酸工艺的生产原料。An evaluation experiment was conducted for a kind of Shimen phosphorus concentrate which was obtained after the process of roasting-digestion-solid/liquid separation. Results showed that pelletizing with calcium to silicon at a ratio of 0.30,addition of carbon at an amount of 1.5 times theoretical value,resulted in the green pellets with compressive strength at 34.5 N and drop strength over 22 times at 0.5 m,dry pellets with compressive strength at 203.5 N and drop strength at 1 m over 5.2 times,presenting a good pelletization. The reduction of phosphate concentrate at 1 360 ℃ for40 min,with calcium to silicon at a ratio of 0.37,carbon addition at an amount of 1.5 times theoretical value,led to the phosphorus reduction rate up to 96% and slag ball with good meltability. Test results indicate that Shimen phosphorus concentrate is a good raw material for kiln phosphoric acid production.
