摘  要:针对酸性介质中A3碳钢的腐蚀现象,考察了单一药剂和复配药剂在硫酸介质中的缓蚀性能,并以失重法、极化曲线法、电子扫描电镜法为表征。失重法得出L-甲硫氨酸的缓蚀性能高于L-半胱氨酸,且L-甲硫氨酸∶碘化钾∶Tween-80=500∶50∶6时,缓蚀性能最好,可达89.99%;极化曲线显示L-半胱氨酸和L-甲硫氨酸为以阳极为主的混合型缓蚀剂,其复配缓蚀剂主要为阳极缓蚀剂;电子扫描显微镜显示添加了缓蚀剂的硫酸中碳钢表面平整均匀,说明缓蚀剂分子在金属表面形成了一层保护膜,使得金属表面免受酸液的腐蚀。拟合吸附模型研究结果表明,L-甲硫氨酸和L-半胱氨酸都符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。For the corrosion behavior of A3 carbon steel in sulfuric acid medium,the inhibition performance of single reagent and compound reagent was investigated and characterized by weight loss method,polarization curve method and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). It is shown that weight loss method resulted in L-methionine better than L-cysteine in inhibition,with corrosion inhibition rate up to 89.99% with the L-methionine ∶potassium iodide ∶ Tween-80 = 500 ∶ 50 ∶ 6.Polarization curves show that L-cysteine and L-methionine are mixed anode-based corrosion inhibitors. The compound reagent is mainly an anode corrosion inhibitor. SEM shows that the carbon steel in the sulfuric acid with the corrosion inhibitor has a smooth and uniform surface,indicating that the corrosion inhibitor molecules have formed a protective film on the metal surface against acid corrosion. In addition,curve fitting for the adsorption models indicates that both L-methionine and L-cysteine conform to the Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.
