摘 要:采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、高分辨电子显微镜等分析检测设备研究了冷轧态Cu-2.7Be合金在高温时效过程中的组织演变并探讨了γ'与基体的位向关系。结果表明,合金在高温时效过程中伴随着回复、再结晶行为;合金在400℃时效时基体发生了局部再结晶,并产生了圆盘状的γ';在400℃时效100 s后,基体的[200]α与γ'相的[100]γ'之间的夹角为6°;在550℃时效5 min后,椭圆状的γ'相与周围基体的位向关系为[111]α∥[011]γ'和(101)α∥(011)γ'。The microstructure evolution of cold-rolled Cu-2.7 Be alloy during high temperature ageing process was studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The orientation relationship between metastable γ' and matrix after various ageing conditions was also investigated. Results showed that high temperature precipitation took place accompanied with recovery and recrystallization behavior. Plate-likeγ' precipitates and partial recrystallization were found after ageing at 400 ℃. The angle between [100]γ'and [200]αwas found to be 6° after aging at 400 ℃ for 100 s. The orientation relationship between ellipsoidal γ' and matrix was found to be [111]α∥[011]γ'and(101)α∥(011)γ'after aging at 550 ℃ for 5 min.
