摘　　要：抗肿瘤治疗相关性心功能不全是一个日益严重的健康问题,应在多学科环境中加以解决。抗肿瘤治疗前的危险因素评估、抗肿瘤治疗期间及之后的心功能监测、心肌损伤的早期发现、早期治疗是预防临床心力衰竭的关键。对于进展期心力衰竭患者,进行器械辅助治疗(如植入型心律转复除颤器、心脏再同步化治疗)或亦可获益。现针对肿瘤治疗相关心功能不全的防治进展做一综述。Cancer 出erapeutics-related cardiac dysfunction is m increasingly serious hedth problem that should be adf e multidisciplinary environment. Risk factors assessment before cancer therapy, cardiac function monitoring during and after cancer therapy, early detection and treatment of myocardial injury are key points of preventing clinical heart failure. For patients with advanced heart failure, they may benefit from ICD or CRT. This article reviews the progress in the prevention and treatment of cancer therapeutics-related cardiac dysfunction.
