摘　　要：急性冠脉综合征合并心房颤动在临床上比较常见。现总结急性冠脉综合征合并心房颤动的流行病学、抗栓治疗方法研究进展及探讨如何平衡出血与缺血风险。究竟采用何种抗栓疗法着实让人为难,目前争议的主要焦点是:采用传统的三联抗栓治疗或者是二联抗栓治疗,亦或是把两者结合起来。目前也缺乏针对这一临床难题的大型随机对照研究来指导临床实践。Acute coronary syndrome with atrial fibrillation is increasingly common in cl inical pract ice. This article aims to summarize the epidemiology of acute coronary syndrome with atrial fibrillation, antithrombotic therapy and to explore how to balance the risk of ischemic stroke. The main focus of current controversy is the use of traditional triple antithrombotic therapy or antithrombotic therapy, or the combination of the two. There remains a lack of large randomized controlled trials concerning this clinical problem,which would to guide the clinical practice.
