摘 要:以腐植酸钠作浮选抑制剂,对湖南某铜铅锌多金属选矿厂生产的铜铅混合精矿进行了铜铅分离试验研究。探究了矿浆酸碱度、抑制剂用量、氧化剂用量和抑制剂与矿物的作用时间等因素对铜铅分离指标的影响。闭路试验采用1次粗选、2次扫选、3次精选流程,获得了铜品位20.60%、含铅8.46%、铜回收率89.63%的铜精矿和铅品位47.27%、含铜2.03%、铅回收率91.54%的铅精矿,有效实现了铜铅分离。Flotation test lor copper-lead bulk concentrate produced by a copper- lead-zinc polymetallic ore dressing plant in Hunan was conducted with sodium humate as a depressant to achieve Cu-Pb separation. Effects ol pulp pH, depressant dosage,oxidant dosage and depressant-mineral reaction time on Cu-Pb separation efficiency were studied. Under the optimized parameters, Cu-Pb separation can be actualized. With a closed-circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,two stages of scavenging and three stages of cleaning,a copper concentrate containing 20.60% Cu and 8.46% Pb with a copper recovery of 89.63% and a lead concentrate containing 47.27% Pb and 2.03% Cu with a lead recovery of 91.54% were obtained.
