摘  要:为了借鉴国外半自磨技术及生产经验,为选矿工艺升级改造提供依据,对智利国家铜业公司Codelco下属丘基卡马塔、特恩尼特选矿厂进行了考察,特别是对半自磨工艺及环形电机工业应用情况进行了系统调研。结果表明,半自磨工艺已是成熟的技术,其替代传统的"破碎+磨矿"已在国外有色金属矿山成为新的趋势,采用低速同步环形电机是磨机传动方式的重大进展,我国选矿界应重视半自磨技术和设备的研究,加快半自磨工艺和环形电机推广应用,使我国在这一领域跟上国际发展趋势。In order to take lessons from semi - autogenous grinding technology and operation abroad lor upgrading beneliciation technique in Jinduicheng Molybdenum Company, a technical visit was paid to Hill Kika Mata and Stern Nits,two ore dressing plants ol Codelco,a National Copper Corporation ol Chile,lor comprehensively investigating their commercial application ol semi-autogenous grinding (SAG) technology and annular motor. It is lound that SAG, as a kind ol mature technology, is tending to be applied in non-lerrous metal mines abroad lor replacing the traditional crushing-grinding approach. Meanwhile,an application ol low speed synchronous annular motor represents a significant progress in mill drive mode. Consequently,it is essential lor Chinese mineral processing sector to value the research on SAG technology and equipment,as well as to accelerate the application ol SAG and annular motor,by which can we catch up with the pace ol international technical advancement.
