摘  要:为综合回收利用本溪某铁选矿厂尾矿,对该尾矿进行了选别试验研究,回收尾矿中可再次利用的铁和石英。结果表明,采用再磨-弱磁选-强磁选-铁矿反浮选-石英矿分步浮选联合工艺流程处理该尾矿,得到了产率6.21%、TFe品位59.75%的铁精矿和产率21.51%、Si O2品位99.15%的石英精矿,尾矿资源得到合理利用。Mineral processing tests were carried out to treat the tailings from an iron concentrator in Benxi to comprehensively recover the valuable iron and quartz resources therein. As a result,an iron concentrate with TFe grade of59. 75% at a yield of 6. 21% and a quartz concentrate with Si O2 grade of 99. 15% at a yield of 21. 51% were collected by adopting stepwise processes consisting of regrinding,low intensity magnetic separation,high intensity magnetic separation,reverse flotation of iron minerals and multiple-stage quartz flotation,achieving the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
