养老社会保障对居民消费影响的文献综述

摘　　要：养老社会保障与居民消费之间的关系是研究经济增长的核心议题,国内外学者重点关注养老社会保障对居民消费的影响效应。文章从理论分析与实证分析等研究视角出发,对国内外学者的研究成果进行梳理,国内外学者关于养老社会保障制度对城镇居民消费影响的研究尚无统一定论,但大多数学者认为养老社会保障制度可以显著提高农村居民的消费水平、促进农村地区经济的发展。在国内外学者研究成果的基础上,分析养老社会保障制度对我国居民消费的影响效应,进而提出完善养老社会保障制度、扩大养老保险覆盖面、拓宽养老金增值渠道、提高居民收入水平等政策建议。结合我国养老保险制度的实施现状,进而提出后续的研究方向,如量化未来养老金的福利水平、利用微观数据检测预防性储蓄动机和人口老龄化等因素对居民消费的综合影响。The relationship between pension social security and household consumption is the core issue of economic growth,and scholars at home and abroad focus on the impact of pension social security on household consumption. This paper summarizes the research results from the perspective of theoretical research and empirical research of domestic and foreign scholars,Although there is still no unified theory about the impact of pension social security system on urban residents' consumption,but most scholars believe that the old-age social security system can significantly improve the consumption level of rural residents and promote economic development in rural areas.Based on the researches at home and abroad,the article analyzes the impact of pension social security system on the consumption of residents in our country based on the current consumption of residents in our country,and then proposes to perfect the social security system of old-age pension,expand the coverage of pension insurance,broaden the channels of pension increment,raising the income level of residents; Secondly,combining with the present situation of China ' s pension insurance system,this article puts forward the direction of future research,such as quantifying the future pension welfare level,using micro data to detect the precautionary savings motive and the aging of the population and other factors on the old-age social security and consumption of the comprehensive effect.
