摘　　要：[目的/意义]讨论广西区域内高校科研数据管理与共享的问题。[方法/过程]基于对广西高校科研数据使用及管理特点的分析,提出了科研数据管理的几条对策:确立科研数据管理的相关政策,做好数据存档及访问认证,规范科研数据管理工作流程,建立校内的科研数据管理与监护平台。提出建设广西统一的科研数据共享平台并指出实现数据共享的路径:建立保障各参与方利益平衡的机制,制定科学的管理规范,部署平台的构建,争取经费保障。[结果/结论]通过科学管理与共享,能使科研数据真正成为知识发现与创新的新因素。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss the issue of scientific data management and sharing in Guangxi universi-ties. [Method/process] The paper bases on the analysis of characteristics of scientific data use and management in Guangxi universities, proposes some suggestions for the scientific data management, including establishing policy for scientific data management, creating the data archiving and access authentication, normalizing the work flow of scientific data management, and building the intramural scientif-ic data management and monitoring platform. It also puts forward constructing the uniform scientific data sharing platform in Guangxi, and shows the path to realize data sharing, including setting up the mechanism to guarantee benefit balance of each participant, formu-lating scientific management standard, deploying the platform construction, and getting expenditure guarantee. [ Result/conclusion ] The scientific data can really become a new factor of knowledge discovery and innovation by scientific management and sharing.
