摘  要:对X100管线钢管体、焊缝和热影响区在不同温度下进行示波冲击试验,并对曲线的特征值进行分析。结果表明:X100管线钢管体、焊缝和热影响区在不同温度的示波冲击曲线都产生不稳定裂纹扩展。随着试验温度的降低,不稳定裂纹扩展越来越明显,载荷-位移曲线变得越来越陡峭,,试样在冲击过程中所受阻碍越来越小。X100管线钢具有良好的低温冲击韧性。管体韧脆转变温度约为-60℃,焊缝韧脆转变温度约为-60℃,热影响区韧脆转变温度约为-50℃。The X100 pipeline pipes, weld and HAZ were tested through the instrumented impact experiment under different temperatures, and the characteristics of the test curves were analyzed. The result showed: the curves of the entire X100 grade steel pipe, weld and HAZ indicated the unstable crack growth. As temperature decreasing, the unstable crack growth were more and more obvious, the curves of load- displacement were even steeper, and the resistance in the process of impact was smaller and smaller. The XI00 pipeline pipes had good low temperature impact toughness. The ductile brittle transition temperature of pipe, weld, HAZ were -60℃-60℃ and -50℃ respectively.
