摘  要:塔里木油田注水井多数由原生产井转变而来,以塔里木X注水井为例,其井口装置密封结构承压能力为35MPa,当采用光油管或封隔器失效时,酸化等高压注入工况产生的A环空压力达到37.9MPa,超过了井口装置密封的承压值,很可能导致井口装置密封失效,B环空带压,井口泄漏等风险。以塔里木X注水井井口装置和高压注入工况为基础,借助井完整性评价方法,分光油管注水管柱和带封隔器注水管柱两种情况,评价两种情况下的井屏障部件,提示井屏障的风险点和监控措施,计算两种情况下的A环空允许压力,结合下步高压增注和酸化改造的需要,提出注水管柱的优化建议和井完整性控制措施,为高压注入工况下的井口安全提供了有效思路。The wells in the Tarim Oilfield are mostly converted from the original production wells. In the case of Tarim X well, the sealing capacity of the wellhead sealing structure is 35 MPa. When the sole oil pipe or packer fails, the acidification and other high - pressure in-jection will make the pressure of A - annulus 37. 9MPa, which exceeds the maximum pressure value of wellhead sealing device, and may lead to seal failure of wellhead device, B - annulus pressure drop, wellhead leakage and other risks. Based on Tarim X injection wellhead and high - pressure injection conditions, the well barrier components were evaluated in two cases by means of well integrity evaluation meth-od. The two cases are the sole water injection pipe string and water injection pipe string with packer. Furthermore, the risk point and moni-toring measures of wellbore barrier are presented. The allowable pressure of A - annulus in both cases is calculated. Combined with the need of high - pressure injection and acidizing transformation for Tarim X well, the optimization suggestion of water injection string and the measures of well integrity control are put forward. This paper has further extended the scale of well integrity analysis with respect to high pressure operation conditions like acidizing and provided an effective way of thinking for wellhead safety under high injection condition.
