摘 要:油井永久测压成为油藏动态监测的发展趋势,目前其测试工艺不完善。基于大庆油田第九采油厂大量油井永久测压试验结果,对现场测试工艺进行改进与完善,研发了偏心井口承重密封装置,成功实现仪器从偏心井口下入吊测式永久测压。同时,改进井下电缆头及压力计,使其耐腐蚀能力增强,满足长期置于井下工作的要求。此外,开发了井下监测系统和数字化管理平台。利用无线传输技术,通过手机或计算机实现远程实时动态跟踪监测,形成了一套初具规模的数据管理体系。The oil well permanent pressure measurement has become an important developing trend in reservoir dynamic monitoring, but its field technology is imperfect. Based on the permanent pressure tests of the ninth oil production plant in Daqing oilfield, this paper is aimed to improve the field process. By developing eccentric wellhead device with anticorrosion and bearing, the permanent pressure hanging-meas-urement can be achieved through the eccentric wellhead. The improved underground cable joints and pressure gauges have good corrosion resistance, which can meet the requirements of long time operating downhole. Furthermore, the downhole monitoring system and digital management platform are developed. By means of the wireless transmission technology, the real-time dynamic tracking and monitoring can be realized based on mobile phone or the remote computer, the whole well system of digital remote management can be achieved.
