摘 要:汽车业是我国的支柱产业之一,在现代汽车车体的制造中主要采用的是焊接加工工艺,为确保汽车焊接加工的安全性和高效性,在汽车车身的焊接加工中应当积极引入新的汽车焊接测控自动化控制系统,以更加测控自动化、智能化、高效化和安全化的汽车焊接测控自动化控制系统来控制汽车车身的焊接加工,在提高汽车车身焊接质量的同时降低汽车车身的制造成本。文章在分析汽车焊装车间自动控制系统特点的基础上对汽车焊装车间的测控自动化控制系统进行分析阐述。In order to ensure the safety and efficiency of automobile welding, one of the pillar industries of automobile industry is welding process in the manufacture of modern automobile body. A new automatic control system of automobile welding measure-ment and control should be introduced actively in the welding process of automobile body. The automatic control system of automo-bile welding is more automatic, intelligent, efficient and safe to control the welding process of the automobile body. The welding quality of the automobile body is improved while the manufacturing cost of automobile body is reduced. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of automatic control system in automobile welding workshop, this paper analyzes and expounds the automatic control system of automobile welding workshop.
