摘　　要：船体改装属于造船工业的重要分支,对保证船体安全航行及发挥更大经济价值具有重要作用。而船体改装过程的变形常对船体造成不利影响,甚至造成安全隐患。文章结合实际情况,对船体改装过程的变形控制与预防措施进行了讨论与分析,指出了必要性及难点,以便为当前船舶改装行业的发展提供参考与借鉴。Hull modification is an important branch of shipbuilding industry, which plays an important role in ensuring the safe navigation of hull and exerting greater economic value. The deformation of the hull modification process often causes adverse effects on the hull, and even causes the hidden danger of safety. In view of the actual situation, this paper discusses and analyzes the de-formation control and prevention measures in the process of ship refit, and points out the necessity and difficulties, in order to pro-vide reference and reference for the development of the ship refit industry at present.
