摘　　要：在动态环境下,企业拥有即兴能力对应对突发事件、抓住机遇至关重要。创业企业处于发展初期极不稳定,即兴能力对其具有更大的潜在价值。以往研究证实即兴能力对企业绩效有重要影响,但是未对即兴能力与决策绩效之间的关系进行具体阐释。文中基于前景理论,从我国本土的创业团队层面对即兴能力进行了探讨,运用基础模型揭示了即兴能力对于决策绩效的影响,实证研究结果表明:即兴能力的3个维度(自发性、创造性、利用现有资源)都对团队决策绩效产生正向影响。同时,团队的职能经验异质性会反向调节创业团队即兴能力与决策满意度之间的关系,这些结论为进一步探索成功的创业团队及创业企业提供了重要的理论线索和依据。In a dynamic environment,having the improvising ability is essential for enterprises to deal with emergencies and grab opportunities. The start-up enterprise is unstable in the early stage of development,and the ability of improvisation has greater potential value for it. Previous studies have shown that improvisation has an important impact on firm performance,but it does not explain the relationship between improvisation ability and decision-making performance. Based on the prospect theory,this article discussed the improvisation from team level and revealed the influence of improvisation on decisionmaking performance. The empirical results show that improvisation including dimensions of spontaneity; creativity and use of existing resource do have positive impact on team decision-making performance. At the same time,the function of experience heterogeneity can negatively regulate the relationship between team improvisation and decision-makers' satisfaction. These results provide an important theoretical basis for us to further explore the successful enterprise team and entrepreneurial business.
