摘　　要：知识产权制度是近代经济和科技发展的产物,在知识经济和全球化程度不断加深的今天,知识产权正逐渐成为影响经济发展的重要因素之一。通过对比近代中西方知识产权的历史进程,结合当今国内外知识产权方面的竞争情况,探究发展知识产权和构建知识产权制度的经济动因。The intellectual property system is the product of modern economic and technological development.With the deepening of knowledge economy and globalization,the intellectual property economy is becoming one of the important influencing factors of economic development.This paper explores the economic drivers for the development of intellectual property and the construction of intellectual property systems by comparing the historical process of modern Chinese and western intellectual property and combining with the competition situation of intellectual property rights both at home and abroad.
