我国外包理论研究的特征表现——基于中文期刊文献的数据分析

摘　　要：外包作为一种新兴的商业现象,日益引起了国内外学界的关注。采用中文期刊文献定量研究方法,从全局的、历史的视角,探讨总结我国外包研究全局性的演进趋势、外包研究成果著者的群体特征、外包研究成果的学科、载体及研究层次、外包研究的核心方向及路径、外包研究的核心理论基础渊源、外包研究的基金资助特征等。研究结果表明:外包研究既有与其他研究主题相似的特征表现,也具有自己独特的表现。Outsourcing,as a new business phenomenon,has attracted more and more attention of domestic and foreign scholars.This paper attempts from a global,historical perspective,through the quantitative analysis of Chinese journal literature to explore the overall trend of China's outsourcing research,The core of the outsourcing research,the core theoretical foundation of the outsourcing research,the characteristics of the fund support of the outsourcing research,and so on.The research results show that outsourcing research has the characteristics similar to other research topics,and also has its own unique performance.
