摘 要:通过差式扫描量热法(DSC)测定不同比例Al/RDX浇注高聚物黏结炸药(PBX)的热分解过程,分别获得不同升温速率下的热分解峰温,根据Kissinger方程计算了其表观活化能,分析了表观活化能与Al/RDX比例的关系。采用实验室慢速烤燃试验,获取了不同Al/RDX比例配方的响应特性。结果表明,Al/RDX比例与配方表观活化能及慢速烤燃响应特性有关,Al含量为15%时,表观活化能最小,发生慢速烤燃响应的时间最早,但是响应剧烈程度最低。The decomposition of the cast polymer bonded explosive( PBX) with different proportions of Al/RDX were determined by differential scanning calorimetry( DSC),and the decomposition kinetic parameters( activation energy) were calculated by means of Kissinger equation. The relationship of Ea and Al/RDX ratio were analysed. The response characterization of different Al/RDX ratio was studied by the laboratory slow cook-off test. The results showed that the activation energy and the slow cook-off characteristics were related to the Al/RDX ratio. The activation energy was the smallest,and the time of the slow cook-off response was the earliest,but the response intensity was the lowest when the Al content was 15%.
