摘  要:为优化汽油机小负荷区域燃油经济性,通过分析进气相位对汽油机小负荷工况燃油经济性影响规律。调整进气正时参数,推迟进气晚关角,优化进气门开启持续期,实现Atkinson循环发动机耗油率的下降。研究结果表明:采用Atkinson循环的发动机,在膨胀比增加的基础上,配合VVT及进气门开启持续期的调整,可以提升燃油经济性并降低泵气损失。提高几何压缩比由10.5增加到12.0,配合调整VVT和进气门开启持续期,利用曲柄连杆运动规律控制有效压缩比到10.7。选择进气门晚关角为下止点后100 CA、进气门开启持续期为270 CA时燃油经济性达到最优,对比原发动机性能效果改善17.96%,同时泵气损失降低13.96%。因此该优化方案为发动机油耗的改善,提供了一种有效的参考。In order to reduce fuel consumption in low load region,the effects of intake valve timing on a Atkinson cycle gasoline engine model are analyzed,adjusting intake timing parameters,delaying late intake valve closing angle,optimizing intake valve opening duration,decreasing the fuel consumption of Atkinson cycle engine. The results show that the engine with Atkinson cycle can decrease the fuel economy and reduce the pumping loss when increased expansion ratio and adjusted inlet valve timing and inlet valve opening duration. The geometric compression ratio is increased from 10. 5 to 12,and the effective compression ratio is controlled to 10. 7 by using the motion of crank and connecting rod and adjusting inlet valve timing and inlet valve opening duration. Optimization results show that the fuel consumption decreased 17. 96% and pumping loss reduced 13. 96% compared with Otto cycle when intake valve close timing is 100 CA ABDC and intake event angle is 270 CA. Therefore,the optimization program provides an effective reference for the improvement of engine fuel consumption.
