摘 要:为研究臭氧水处理对大姜幼苗生理特性的影响,本试验以大姜幼苗为材料,采用1.0 mg/L臭氧水土壤浇灌和0.6 mg/L臭氧水叶片喷施处理,并对叶片SOD、POD、CAT活性、质膜透性、SPAD值和氮素含量指标进行测定。结果表明,浇灌和喷施臭氧水处理均能显著提高大姜幼苗叶片抗氧化酶活性,显著降低叶片质膜透性,明显提高大姜幼苗的抗逆性,显著增加叶片SPAD值和氮素含量,明显提高大姜幼苗叶片光合能力。叶片喷施臭氧水处理效果更好。In order to study the effects of ozone water treatment on physiological characteristics of ginger seedlings,the seedlings from Gaomi Wulong River farm in Shandong Province were used as the experimental materials,and two treatments were set,which were soil irrigation treatment with ozone water at 1. 0 mg/L and leaf spraying treatment with ozone water at 0. 6 mg/L. Then the SOD,POD,CAT activity,membrane permeability,SPAD value and nitrogen content in ginger seedlings were determined. The results showed that the irrigation and spraying of ozone water treatments could both significantly increase the antioxidant enzyme activity in leaves,significantly decrease the leaf membrane permeability and obviously improve the stress resistance of ginger seedlings; they also could significantly increase the leaf SPAD value and nitrogen content,and obviously improve the leaf photosynthetic capability of ginger seedlings. The effects of the leaf spraying treatment were better.
