摘 要:试验以花育20、花育45、鲁花11无菌花生子叶为材料,采用3×3双因子设计,研究3株发根农杆菌菌株和花生品种对花生发根诱导率的影响。结果表明:发根农杆菌和花生品种均显著影响发根诱导率。花育45的发根诱导率最高,为93.7%,其适宜菌株为A4;花育20的发根诱导率为89.2%,适宜菌株为ATCC15834;鲁花11的发根诱导率为73.4%,适宜菌株为GIM1.141。Three Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains on the induction rate of hairy roots of peanut were investigated by 3 × 3 double-factor design with the cotyledon of sterile plantlets of Huayu 20,Huayu 45,Luhua11 as meterials. The results showed that both Agrobacterium rhizogenes and peanut varieties significantly affected the induction rate of hairy roots. Huayu 45 had the highest induction rate of 93. 7%,and its appropriate strain was A4. The hairy roots induction rate of Huayu 20 was 89. 2%,and the suitable strain was ATCC15834.The hairy roots induction rate of Luhua 11 was 73. 4%,and its fitting strain was GIM1. 141.
